An Engineering Manager at Paidy is responsible to lead, mentor and grow one or multiple Engineering teams. While this is not necessarily a hands-on position, Engineering Managers must have a deep understanding not only of software development, but of all the aspects necessary to design, develop, deploy and scale a system to support millions of users.
